HAITI: HOW TO HELP
Rejoice with us in the good news! We received word from Martin Coria that the program staff and office building  of our Haitian partner organization, SKDE, are apparently okay and that the organized is focused on serving people in a clinic they opened outside of Port-au-Prince.

FRB is a long-term response to chronic food insecurity overseas through agricultural development, and we always appreciate your support in our work. We currently have an agricultural program in the Northwest.

If you are moved to help in the wake of the devastating January 12 earthquake in Haiti, please check the websites of any of our members to see how they are responding to the crisis.
The Better Business Bureau  and National Public Radio have excellent advice on donating wisely to the Haiti relief effort.

How Can I Help?

We all have a gift that only we can give, and almost everyone's skills can be used in a community growing project that supports the world's poorest villages in becoming self-sustaining. You may connect with a growing project near you or start one in your own area. MORE
